The ladies that work this front desk are fabulous they are so sweet.. The first two rooms were not so great but they got me into a nice clean room not their fault probably the maid service didn't mark right on our notes not their fault. Location is fabulous very quiet beautiful trees around the building and very safe. Happy holidays enjoy your trip everyone

Very nice and clean hotel. I always appreciate the dog friendly hotel chains. The front desk staff member was slow to approach the desk, but was very pleasant once she engaged. My only real issue with the hotel is its parking lot. If you drive a big truck it can be a challenge to park safely. If you drive a dually… you’re in real trouble here.

I have stayed here multiple times and will continue to do so. The hotel is always clean and comfortable, and the Staff is friendly and helpful. Desiree at the front desk has been fantastic. Highly recommend.

I was worried due to other reviews. So I prepared myself for mediocre, last minute booking. But, I was pleasantly surprised. It was comfortable, room (3rd floor) was clean, smelled good, not extremely outdated (awesome and friendly cleaning staff) I appreciated there diligence. It wasn't the 4 or 5 star hotel. But, definitely a comfortable 4 star stay. Thanks Ray, from St. Thomas for "A" status customer service. Very friendly. The breakfast was decent and well worth it. Love that it was not busy, considering it was homecoming. Definitely, a little gem off Appalachee and convenient to everything.

The only thing I would change about my visit was the customer service. As I walked in, the person in guest service was looking down at his phone and didn't acknowledge me until I said something to him. It's important to greet the guest as they enter. The lady who was putting the breakfast out wasn't friendly at all. I usually would have said something, but everything else was so exceptional I let it go! If the customer service was worked on, this hotel would easily be a 10 for me!

My friend and I stayed last night stopped over from a long travel on for a funeral. One of the young ladies was so rude with nasty attitude. Our key didn’t work she came to the floor telling me to move aside to try the key. If you don’t need a job then stay home. Review’s matter in today’s world. It’s not her first time nor her last. No name was given she know she rude and they know.
